Ornella d’Angelo With a degree in Architecture from Milan, Ornella began her journey in the world of events in 2000. As the founder of two renowned brands—Di Bianco e d’Avorio Wedding Planning and Pepper Diva Unconventional Banqueting—she has long been a leading figure in the Italian event industry.

To this day, she continues to serve as a professor and coordinator for the Wedding Planning and Private Events course at the prestigious IED (Istituto Europeo di Design) in Milan. Today, she places her extensive Italian know-how at the service of those who dream of experiencing the true Dolce Vita style.

Matilde Carbone A Photography graduate from IED Milan, Matilde has been Ornella’s right hand since her teenage years. Having grown up in the heart of the event industry, she now oversees the stylistic and aesthetic direction of our projects. Passionate about fashion and global trends, Matilde meticulously scouts exceptional Italian products and professionals for our clients.

She is the “voice” of the company—literally, as she manages primary communications while Ornella continues to perfect her English—and serves as the lead consultant for clients throughout their experiences and events. In the United States, Matilde also offers personal image consulting services, seamlessly blending Italian elegance with an understanding of American style.
